Ordu / Time: 04:00 In front of the Old Bus Station, Russian Bazaar, Four Roads
Giresun / Time: 05:00 We meet at Boztekke Junction, Atapark and begin our journey.
On the way, after having a (extra) breakfast, we take a short break by the Çoruh River in Borçka. After the break, we reach the Tabiat Park at an altitude of 1550 meters, BORÇKA KARAGÖL. You can walk amidst wooden houses in this natural wonder at the feet of Heba and Atanoğlu Highlands and sip your tea in tranquility. After completing our visit to Karagöl, we continue our journey towards Artvin. We have our lunch as Bombacı Burhan's Famous Toast, after watching the panoramic view of the Atatürk Monument at Ata Tepe. Following that, we take photos of the Deriner Dam. At the end of our journey along the Çoruh River, we see the ŞAVŞAT CASTLE, built by the Georgian Kingdom, followed by our settlement at our hotel at the foothills of the Arsiyan mountains. Accommodation and dinner at ŞAVŞAT GREEN VALLEY HOTEL.
After breakfast, we head to see Veliköy and Ciritdüzü Villages, welcoming us with the hidden beauty and magnificent nature of Artvin, inside the Sahara National Park, we are going to visit the ŞAVŞAT KARAGÖL. At an altitude of 1600 meters, we can walk among the trees at the Karagöl, enjoy a coffee or tea afterwards, and watch ARTUN from the foothills of Genya Mountain. We take free time at the Çoruh River bank for Turkey's longest ZIPLINE. After our free time, we complete our visit to the Çay Factory along the way, and we have our dinner as the famous Akçaabat Meatballs. At the end of the day, we complete our tour of Artvin and its plateaus, drop you off at the points we picked you up from, and say goodbye hoping to see you on another PIKOLA TOUR trip.
