Co. as the “Company” attaches utmost importance to the security of your personal data. As a Company, we prioritize processing and storing all kinds of personal data related to everyone, including our customers who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the "KVK Law"). With the awareness of this responsibility, our Company, as defined by the KVK Law, processes your personal data in the manner specified below and within the limits mandated by legislation as “Data Controller.”

Collection and Processing of Personal Data: Our Company carries out the activities of a travel agency as stipulated in the Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and the Regulation on Travel Agencies prepared based on this law. Our Company may collect, record, store, update, periodically check, reorganize, and classify your personal data, in accordance with the purposes specified in Article 2, using automated or non-automated methods, through physical means, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels, verbally, in writing, or electronically. We can process it in any way permitted by law as regulated in our Data Storage and Disposal Policy. Additionally, our Company may share your personal data with third-party supplier companies we work with or public institutions and organizations we are legally obligated to cooperate with (such as accommodation companies, airline companies, transportation service providers, car rental companies, insurance companies, transfer personnel, and individuals and organizations related to the service provided) in cases of legal or service-related necessities and/or transfer it abroad in such cases. If you benefit from our Company’s products and services through our sub-agents, your personal data may be collected and processed by those sub-agents in any way permitted by law. The responsibility for the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data collected by third-party service providers, suppliers, institutions, organizations, and our sub-agents mentioned above falls solely on these firms/individuals/institutions. On the other hand, our Company bears the responsibility as Data Controller for the personal data collected and stored by our call center and processed in any way permitted by law.

Purposes, Methods, and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or in electronic form so that the products and services we provide can be delivered within the established legal framework, to fulfill our Company's contractual and legal obligations accurately and completely, to measure your satisfaction with our products and services, to inform you about our services, products, and promotional activities, to promote our services and products, to improve our Company and enable us to provide better service with your mental participation. Personal data collected for these purposes can be processed and transferred within the scope of the conditions for processing personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

Rights of the Personal Data Holder According to Article 11 of the KVK Law As personal data holders, you, our customers, can have your requests regarding your rights fulfilled by conveying them to our Company using the methods described below in this Clarification Text, and our Company will respond to the request free of charge within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, our Company will charge the fee specified in the determined tariff. In this context, our customers have the following rights: To learn whether personal data is being processed, request information regarding processed personal data, learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request the deletion or destruction of personal data in compliance with the conditions stipulated in our Data Storage and Disposal Policy, request notification of the transactions made in relation to the above requests to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, object to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing processed data solely through automated systems, request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you must submit your written requests to exercise your rights mentioned above to our Company.

To exercise the rights mentioned above, you must fill out the request form that you will request from us, comprising the necessary identification details and your explanations regarding which right stated in Article 11 of the KVK Law you are requesting to exercise, and send a signed copy via registered mail to the address: Dekatur Turizm Taşımacılık Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ. This Clarification Text is an annex and an integral part of every service contract you have signed with our Company and your requests for service acquisition.
