The cancellation and change conditions are an integral part of our tour program, and all guests purchasing our tour are deemed to have read and accepted these cancellation and change conditions.
Article 1: The agency may cancel or postpone the tour due to force majeure reasons that prevent the start or continuation of the tour, even if it has shown all necessary care; such as insufficient passenger numbers for definitive bookings, adverse weather conditions, road barriers, strikes, terrorism, fog, potential war, unforeseeable technical issues, and all similar reasons. In this case, the agency has no liability or obligation to pay compensation. In such situations, Pikola Tour is obliged to inform its guests 4 days in advance. The consumer has no right to any compensation in this case.
Article 2: As mentioned in Article 1, our guests may choose a different date determined by Pikola Tour, transfer their balance to a different tour reservation, and/or request a refund. For guests requesting a refund, the refund process will be completed within 14 days. This period starts from the date the refund request reaches the agency. The subsequent process of the refund transaction will be monitored through bank channels after it is completed by the agency.
Article 3: Cancellations made up to 60 days before the service begins will result in a full refund of the amount paid by the consumer up until that time. If the consumer cancels the contract 59-31 days before the start of the tour, they will be charged 25% of the tour price; if canceled 30-15 days before, they will be charged 50% of the tour price; if canceled 14-7 days before, they will be charged 75% of the tour price; if canceled less than 7 days before, they accept and undertake to pay the full amount to the agency. Refunds for cancellation requests will be made within fourteen (14) business days. In such cases, the consumer has no right to claim compensation for the waiting period.
Article 4: Consumers do not have the right to cancel or change their purchase for promotional/discounted products.
Article 5: For payments made by credit card, debit card, or wire transfer/EFT, an information message will be sent to your email address or phone once the cancellation/refund is completed. If you have received this message, it means the refund has been made to your bank, but the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your account depends on your bank. For credit cards, it takes 2-3 days, and for debit cards, it takes 6-7 days.
In purchases made in installments via credit card, the fee is paid to the bank in a single payment. However, your bank will refund this amount to your credit card in installments.
ADDITIONAL ARTICLE: In tour programs with early booking and early payment discounts, there is no right to cancellation or change. Cancellations and changes can only occur for guests who have obtained early booking insurance.
Article 6: In special products, if the consumer or their immediate relatives have health issues that prevent them from participating in the tour occurring within 10 days of the tour date, and if this is documented by an official report from a fully equipped state hospital or confirmed in the case of death, the amount paid for the service will be refunded. In this case, the report and documents must be presented to the agency before the service begins.
Article 7: If the consumer does not inform in writing that they will participate in the service they have missed, the agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer 24 hours after the start date of the service. No refunds will be issued to the consumer in such cancellations.
Article 8: Consumers may request to transfer their reservation for any previously booked trip to a different date by providing an excuse. Pikola Tour will try to assist based on availability. (Any differences that arise during the transition must be paid.)
