· Our trip lasts 6 days, including 2 nights of travel by car and 4 nights of hotel accommodation along with the return.
· Our trip includes 4 nights of hotel accommodation, 4 breakfasts, 4 dinners, guiding, transportation, and TÜRSAB insurance.
· Our guide may change the tour itinerary due to force majeure reasons (weather, road conditions, congestion, etc.).
· Our agency is not responsible for places that cannot be visited if the given times are not adhered to.
· No seat guarantees are given during tour sales. The seating arrangement is made by our agency.
· Since there will be chances for SWIMMING and BOAT TRIPS, please remember to bring the necessary clothing with you.
· Participation in all Extra tours is subject to the number of participants. Tours that do not reach the required number of participants cannot be held.
· Please remember to bring SUNGLASSES, SWIMSUIT, bikini, sunscreen, beach towels, slippers, hat, and beach bag.
· Guests with sun allergies or those reserving buses or boats should not forget to bring their medications.
· For personal items that need to be kept on the bus or with you, don't forget to bring a small backpack.
· Our tours consist of a whole with hotel, transportation vehicle, tour program, and guiding services and cannot be considered separately.
· Our company cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to road conditions during our tours.
· Our company has no financial liability in case the tour cannot continue due to force majeure reasons.
· The responsibility of the luggage and the items inside it belongs to the owners.
· In triple rooms, the third bed application may not be the same size as standard beds. Child discounts apply only to the first child staying with two (2) adults.
· The travel insurance policy will be issued at the start of the tour and delivered to the guest during the tour. The terms regarding tour cancellation requests covered by the travel insurance are specified in the package tour contract.
· The stated conditions and notes are an integral part of the package tour contract. Our guests have accepted these terms when purchasing the tour. We recommend careful reading of the tour reservation form and the package tour contract during the confirmation registration.

· Individuals must carry reports related to their health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they are on during the tour.
· Information about the arrival times at the end of the tour is as stated in the package program, and our agency is not responsible for delays due to force majeure. Our guests will be dropped off at the points where they were picked up.
· According to traffic law, wearing seat belts throughout the journey is mandatory, and our agency is not responsible for situations where they are not worn.
· All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the individual during stops and at locations.
· For our WESTERN AEGEAN tour, the type of vehicle will vary depending on the number of participants and may be one of the following brands.
· Mercedes Travego – Tourismo, Setra,Man Models of 46/51/54 Passenger Buses, equipped with ABS, ASR, air conditioning, two monitors, one refrigerator, and a sound system for the guide, and are licensed according to the transportation and highway regulations with D2 Certification.
· All guests participating in our WESTERN AEGEAN Tour are insured by TÜRKNİPPON Insurance under the 6-day, 1618 numbered TÜRSAB Mandatory Travel Insurance, limited to the tour fee.
· Due to the Aegean region’s climate having higher average temperatures during the summer compared to other regions, we remind you to bring suitable clothing (remember it will be hot during the day and cool in the evenings).
· The MUSEUM CARD is valid in all museums affiliated with the Ministry of Tourism.
· You can apply for a Museum Card via E-GOVERNMENT and at the website https://muze.gov.tr/.
· Admission to museums is FREE for teachers who present their teacher IDs due to the MINISTRY OF TOURISM.
· Entrance to museums is FREE for guests with a Disability Card, those under 18, and those over 65 years old.
· The Museum Card application is valid in museums under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
· Guests who present their retirement card in 2026 can enter Ministry of Tourism Museums for FREE.

Ordu Time: 17.00 In front of the Old Bus Station, we are meeting, and with the refreshments of PİKOLA TUR, we continue our night journey.
In the morning, we arrive at Eğirdir, one of the most beautiful districts of Isparta, and after breakfast by the lake, we head to Salda Lake, the third-deepest lake in Turkey. Known as "Turkey's Maldives" and described as "Visit Salda if you’re curious about Mars," Salda Lake captivates us with its white sands and turquoise waters. We will have free time until the guide indicates the end, allowing us to take unique photos and fully enjoy the atmosphere. Once our free time is over, we bid farewell to Salda Lake and arrive at Pamukkale, famous for its travertines. We begin to explore the Pamukkale Travertines, which boast a unique white texture seen only in the town of Travertino in Italy. While walking on the terraces where walking is permitted, we take photos of the travertines overlooking the Denizli plain. Afterward, we visit the Temple of Apollo and the Plutonium, known in ancient times as the entrance to Hell, commonly referred to as the 'Cave of Envy.' We also visit the Hierapolis Theater, one of the best-preserved theaters in Anatolia. After this delightful tour, we head to Denizli, check into our hotel, and have dinner at DENİZLİ PARK DEDEMAN HOTEL.
After breakfast, we embark on a journey through time at the 8500-year-old ancient city of Ephesus. We enter the Ancient Ephesus using the Magnesia Gate, and as we explore this surviving city of the Ancient Aegean World, known for its historical texture that draws us into the depths of history, we visit the House of Virgin Mary, considered one of the holiest sites of Christianity, where she spent her last days, along with the pool, church, and sacred spring. Our next destination is the old Greek village, formerly known as “Çirkince” and today referred to as Şirince. We explore Şirince, with its beautiful houses, streets, and people, accompanied by our guide, and enjoy free time for photography and shopping for local products. We then head to Kuşadası, where we view the Pigeon Island Castle panoramically, and after some free time in the Kaleiçi area, we proceed to Izmir. Accommodation and dinner will be at SUNSUIT HOTEL IZMİR
After breakfast, we start our trip to Çeşme with the magnificent view of Çeşme Castle. After our guide's explanations, we take a 2-Hour Swimming Break at Çeşme Beaches. At the designated time, we meet and head to Alaçatı. After walking step by step through the famous windmills and cobbled streets, we give free time to explore the famous streets and photograph the Rum architecture. After the break, we proceed to return to Izmir and reach Konak Square. We see and photograph the symbol of Izmir the Clock Tower, the Konak Yalı Mosque, the Historical Government Building, and the Hasan Tahsin Monument, which fired the first shot in our liberation struggle and ignited the fire of our struggle for liberation. We give free time in the Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar, which has been the center of trade in Izmir for centuries, and end the day with accommodation and dinner at SUN SUIT HOTEL IZMIR
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and head to the famous beach of Ayvalık, Sarımsaklı Beach. To view the bay from a panoramic perspective, we go to Devil's Table, which overlooks the Ayvalık Islands covered in pine forests. After seeing the iron cage symbolizing the Devil's Footprint, we enjoy our tea against this beautiful view. After some free time, we meet our boat waiting for us in Ayvalık, which is a paradise on earth surrounded by the Aegean Sea and its 22 islands. (Extra Boat Tour) After introducing the coves in the 12-island region, our captain determines the places we will visit among AKVARYUM, İNCİRLİADA, PINAR, or KARAADA Coves, depending on the wind conditions. Throughout the day, we have swimming breaks of one hour each, accompanied by live music, animation, and entertainment. After our first swimming break, we have lunch, which consists of unlimited fish, salad, pasta, bread, and seasonal fruits. After the swimming breaks, we descend to Cunda Island in the evening. After a panoramic city tour, we arrive in Çanakkale late in the evening. Accommodation and dinner at ÇANAKKALE YURDAKUL HOTEL.
After breakfast, we move on to the Historic Peninsula, and after seeing Kilitbahir Castle, we listen to our guide about the Namazgâh Battery, one of the fortifications that formed the defense of the Çanakkale Strait, and then we visit the Rumeli Mecidiye Battery. We take a photo break at the “Mecidiye Martyrs Monument,” dedicated to the 16 heroes who were martyred on March 18, and then visit the Seyit Onbaşı Monument, built in memory of Seyit Onbaşı. We also visit the Şahindere Sargı Yeri Cemetery, which holds the remains of 2,000 martyrs, and explore the 1915 Hilal-i Ahmer Hospital (Museum) Exhibition located at the entrance of Alçıtepe Village. We see the Martyrs’ Memorial, built in 1960 to commemorate the martyrs who fell at the Çanakkale front in 1915. Accompanied by our guide, we have a panoramic view of Morto Bay, the French Cemetery, and the Seddülbahir area, and then we head to Ertuğrul Cove. We visit the cemetery dedicated to Ezineli Yahya Çavuş, and then head to ANZAC Cove. We visit the memorial dedicated to the 57th Regiment, which became known as the "Martyrs' Battalion" due to the order "I order you to die, not to attack" given by Colonel Mustafa Kemal, where the majority of his force was martyred. We then move to Conkbayırı. We hear the story of the moment Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's watch broke and see the location of the battles, visiting the Kemal Yeri area panoramically before heading back in the evening. During the breaks we take on the way, we drop off our esteemed guests at the points where we picked them up on the morning of Thursday, July 2nd, and bid farewell until we meet again on another PİKOLA TOUR trip.
