- For a firm reservation, 25% of the Tour Fee is collected at the time of reservation.
- The remaining payment can be made 7 days before the start of the tour by EFT, Mail Order, credit card or cash.
- Our guide may change the itinerary due to force majeure (weather, roads, etc.).
- Triple rooms (3 persons) are double bed + extra bed.
- The 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed, and is smaller than standard beds.

- Hotels usually have check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 10:00.
- Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs.
- Pikola may change the order of the program when deemed necessary, without disrupting its content.

- If the tour is cancelled, our guests are notified 7 days in advance.
- MUSEUM CARD is valid for entrance to Ani Ruins, War Museum, Erzurum Yakutiye Madrasa.
- For a Museum Card, you can apply at https://muze.gov.tr/.
- Teachers presenting their Teacher IDs get free entrance to MINISTRY OF TOURISM Museums.
- Our guests who have a Disability Card, are under 18 or over 65 get free museum entrance.

In our restaurant, where we can find local dishes, we offer our guests a free-choice menu and let them taste all Kars dishes. You can taste many local dishes such as Goose Meat, Piti Pörtleme, Lamb Shank, Sour Meat Pilaf, Ayran Soup or Kesme Soup, Noodles, Hengel, Umaç Halva.

When we say Erzurum, of course Çağ Kebap and Kadayıf Dolması come to mind.

The vehicle we will use on our Kars - Erzurum tour is;
MERCEDES TRAVEGO & TOURİSMO: 46 + 1 Persons, ABS, ASR, Air Conditioning, 1 Monitor, 1 Refrigerator, In-vehicle Thermoses, Reading Light, Sound System for the Guide, and is D2 or B2 certified according to Transport and Highway regulations.

OUR TOUR GUIDE
Throughout our Doğu Ekspresi with Kars & Erzurum tour, our Badge-Holding Professional Guide, who has fulfilled the necessary requirements for the profession of Tourist Guiding under Law No. 6326 on the Tourist Guiding Profession, has obtained a Work Card from the Ministry of Tourism, and is an expert in the subject, will accompany you.

Trabzon / Time: 22:15 We meet at the Moloz Stops and begin our journey.
Early in the morning we arrive at KARS, known as the Paris of the East and home to many civilizations. In Kars we have our buffet breakfast at the Historic Bedesten (Extra), made up of local Kars products. Buffet Breakfast After breakfast we visit the KAFKAS CEPHESİ HARP TARİHİ MÜZESİ (Caucasus Front War History Museum), where the Sarıkamış Operation is narrated. After touring the museum with our guide, we move on to the ANI RUINS, on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Known as the "City of 1001 Churches," in Ani we see, accompanied by our guide, the Ebul Menuçehr Mosque, the Cathedral, the Surp Pirgiç Church and many other historical monuments, and after the explanations we return to Kars. For our lunch we taste Kars Specialty Flavors and then head to ÇILDIR LAKE at an altitude of 1965 meters. With our colorfully decorated horse-drawn sleighs waiting for us, we have a wonderful time on the lake, and after sipping our tea we continue our tour. We visit the Kars Castle (Panoramic), Kümbet Mosque, the Ebul Harakani Hz. Tomb and the Ottoman Baths, then move on to our must-buy shopping: Kars Kaşarı, Gravyer Cheese and Kars Honey. After tastings and explanations, we head to our hotel. After resting in our rooms and having dinner, those who wish can join the (Extra) AŞIK ATIŞMASI & CAUCASIAN SHOWS. Accommodation at THE KARS PARK HOTEL
After an early breakfast, we head to KARS RAILWAY STATION. At 08:00 the train departs, and we take our seats on the DOĞU EKSPRESİ (Eastern Express). Witnessing wonderful views amid the desolate whiteness, we see the panoramic SARIKAMIŞ at the foot of the Allahuekber Mountains. After a 5-hour journey, we arrive in ERZURUM. We would not think of returning without having lunch, so we enjoy Çağ Kebab and Kadayıf Dolması. After the meal, we visit the Anatolian Seljuk-era Ulu Mosque and the Twin-Minaret Madrasa with our guide, and stop at the Oltu Stone workshops in TAŞHAN. After completing our city tours, we move on to the PALANDÖKEN SKI CENTER. Guests who wish may travel to Ejder Tepesi at 3100 meters altitude by chairlift, or enjoy their coffee at the cafés in the ski center. We meet our vehicle at the appointed time and begin the return journey. After the necessary breaks along the way, we drop our guests off at their pick-up points between 01:00 - 02:00 and say goodbye, looking forward to seeing you on another PİKOLA TOUR trip.
