o In triple rooms (3-person room: double bed + extra bed), the third bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
o Child discount applies only when staying in the same room with two adults.
o Hotel check-in time is generally 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00.
o Our guide may make changes on city tour days depending on the tour content.
o Payments can be made via EFT, Mail Order, Credit Card at the office, or Cash 7 Days Before the tour.
o For confirmed reservations, 20% of the tour fee is collected at the time of booking.
o The tour fee does not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites, breakfast on the first day, mini-bar charges in the hotel, or expenses in the lobby.
o We recommend taking into account our guide's suggestions regarding local restaurants for lunch meals.
o Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip.
o Waiting times at road checkpoints and museum entrances during travel may exceed standard limits.
o PİKOLA TUR cannot be held responsible for any negative situations arising from these waiting periods.
o Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short tours lasting up to 1-2 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites.
o PİKOLA TUR is not liable if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to reasons such as closure by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to events, or impossibility of conducting the tour due to weather conditions.
o At points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, within available capabilities.
o As of 2026, entrances to all museums affiliated with the Ministry of Tourism are free for guests who have retired.
o For museums affiliated with the Ministry of Tourism, we recommend that our guests obtain a Museum Pass.
o For the Museum Pass; you can apply via https://muze.gov.tr/ and through E-DEVLET.
o Teachers presenting their ID cards, guests with disability cards, those under 18 years old, and those over 65 years old have free museum entry.
o Our guests' mandatory insurance limited to the tour fee is arranged by us under the TÜRSAB Travel Insurance coverage.
o According to Law No. 1618, our agency provides Professional Liability Insurance throughout the tour as required by law.
o Our tour is conducted with a Minibus, Semi-Bus, or Large Bus.
o Please note that meeting point times may change due to heavy traffic on the road.
o An agency representative accompanying you will contact you via live location and phone call to meet you at the specified locations.

Dear guests;
We will meet at the designated points on the Sanayi Sitesi – Güre Road route in Giresun at 05.00.
From Ordu, we will meet at the designated points on the University Stop – In front of OBB route at 06.00.
Following the Ordu – Topçam Dere road, we have our breakfast (Extra) in Niksar. After breakfast, we check into our rooms at our hotel located in Tokat Sulusaray via Reşadiye – Niksar. Between 13.00 and 15.00, after the cake and tea service provided at the hotel, we use the Thermal Pools. Guests who wish can also get a massage (Extra). After resting in our rooms, we enjoy our buffet dinner and participate in the entertainment accompanied by Live Music. Accommodation is at TERMAL HOTEL SULUSARAY KAPLICALARI
After the buffet at our hotel, guests who wish may use the Thermal Pools. At 12:30 we depart from our hotel and enjoy panoramic views of Tokat City Center, including Tokat Taşhanı, Clock Tower, Mevlevihane, and Sulu Street. We then have lunch in the form of the famous Tokat Kebab, followed by free time for shopping in the city center markets. At the scheduled time, we take our seats on the bus and begin our return journey. Between 23:00 - 02:00we drop off our guests at their designated points and say goodbye until we meet again on another PİKOLA TUR tour.
