General Information
Day 1: Trabzon – Skopje
Meet in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at Trabzon Airport departure terminal 3 hours before the flight. Depart directly from Trabzon to Skopje on a scheduled flight with Ajet Airlines. After approximately a two-hour comfortable journey, arrive in the capital of North Macedonia, Skopje. After arrival, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Skopje – Pristina – Prizren - Skopje
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head towards Pristina, the capital of Kosovo. Upon arrival, start a panoramic city tour to explore Kosovo’s modern and historical aspects. During the tour, visit Germia Park, one of Pristina’s most beautiful natural spots. Then visit the Kosovo Museum, which showcases Kosovo's cultural heritage. Incorporate visits to various Ottoman-era structures such as Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque and Yaşar Pasha Mosque from the 18th century. During the tour, visit the tomb of Ottoman Sultan Murad Hüdavendigâr, who was killed in the Kosovo War of 1389, to reflect on this significant historical event and its place in Ottoman history. After the tour in Pristina, move to Prizren, known as Kosovo’s cultural capital. Explore the narrow streets reminiscent of an Ottoman town, with shops bearing Turkish signs and Ottoman architecture. GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour; domestic connection flights purchased from the Agency will be refunded to the guest, while visa services and travel health insurance will not be refunded if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, as these services have been used. If the guest has purchased domestic connection flights from a different provider independent of the Agency, they cannot claim any fee refund from the Agency in case the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency has the right to show good faith by not canceling the tour. In such a case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the inbound and outbound airport transfers.
Cancellation and Change
4- In our tours, transportation tickets are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date will result in a penalty for these flight ticket costs, which do not have cancellation & change and refund rights.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for plane tickets that have been paid to the airline and/or pledged by the Agency. If there are 31 days or less before the start of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the ticket price, and in case of cancellation with 15 days or less remaining before the start of the trip, the entire tour fee will be forfeited as a penalty. In the case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connection flights, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request period, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites, whether they are open or closed, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with information from the guide inside the vehicle, not including museum or historical site entrances, lasting 2-3 hours at most. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to perform such tours due to local authorities not allowing entry or closure due to activities on the tour day, as well as if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where vehicle access is not allowed.
8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on participant numbers and the closure status of the museum and historical sites, and this condition also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times.
9- Important considerations for tours to be made by Speed Boats include; not consuming heavy meals right before boarding and not drinking large amounts of water. Guests with complaints about their stomach, back, neck, and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.
10- There is no refund for not participating in the tour or meal services included in the fees listed.
Flights Information
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the case of disputes, Turkish legislation's relevant provisions, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied.
12- Delays or changes to flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of change/cancellation of the flight times upon purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for passengers participating in air tours are personal processes, and these must be carried out by the guest at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline's websites prior to the flight.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes for flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. These details must be followed by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the notified times in accordance with airline rules, do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility.
18- Baggage allowance for outbound Turkish flights is generally 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country being traveled to. If there are domestic flights in the country being visited, the baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg on those domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be carried out based on availability by the airline (please check with the airline for your membership status) after the tickets have been issued. No guarantee is given for upgrades on every flight. Please check whether the tickets of the program are eligible for upgrades.
20- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may incur additional fees.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly contacting the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- When hotel(s) are mentioned only by category information in the tour program, or options are presented for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at locations or distances greater than those specified. In such a case, the Agency will notify the guest 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
24- During the registration for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to correctly enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties related to cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests.
25- To be able to use your mobile phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. It is ensured that the reserved rooms align with the preferences of the guest, depending on the availability of the hotel. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfasts offered in hotels differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Generally, they are served as continental breakfasts, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
29- In some cases, instead of a double bed room, it may be a room with twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel's room types.
31- All extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability, and approval must be obtained from the hotel.
32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is one (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests declare that they accept the possible crowding and bed types in rooms with triple room and/or reservations with children due to extra beds to be added to the standard room.
34- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility rests with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.
35- In reservations where there are 2 adults + 1 child, separate beds may not be available for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated next to two adults. Child discounts are valid for "one child" who falls within the age group according to the staying accompanying two adults.
36- Currency exchange during the day will be reflected in TL prices. Current rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests, some extra services you will receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price during purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications related to city, tourism, or local taxes. All applicable city, tourism, or other taxes currently in effect will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and circumstances.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used without changing the content of the program in case of necessity or as deemed appropriate.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Expenses incurred for delivering items found to the country and/or individual in case of forgotten items are the responsibility of the owner of the item.
41- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports for any health issues.
42- For possible extra expenses, a deposit in cash or credit card may be requested by the hotel at check-in, along with an official photo ID/passport. The return of the requested deposit during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this process.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must have passports valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of travel.
2- At customs crossings/border points, in order for a stamp to be placed on your passport for entry-exit, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for the countries in this tour does not mean that one can enter/exit the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit from the country, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using their other country passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates about the visa procedures the travel country applies to their passport; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any results that arise.
5- In order to avoid any issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports should be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under 18 who will travel alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police to provide a document indicating the mutual consent of the parents during entry-exit to the country; therefore, it is advised that minors and their parents take care in this matter.
