We are setting off on a fairytale journey to Kars and Erzurum, with their rich history and snow-white atmosphere...

Trabzon / Time: 22.15 we meet at the Moloz Stops and begin our journey.

### 06 February 2027 Kars Ani Ruins Site - Çıldır Lake Horse Sleigh - Caucasian Night

In the early morning hours we arrive in KARS, known as the Paris of the East and home to many civilizations. In Kars we have our Open Buffet Breakfast featuring Kars local products at the Historical Bedesten (Extra). After breakfast we visit the CAUCASUS FRONT MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM, where the Sarıkamış Operation is recounted. After touring the museum with our guide, we proceed to the ANI RUINS, which are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In Ani, known as the "City of 1001 Churches," we see the Ebul Menuçehr Mosque, the Cathedral, the Surp Pirgiç Church and many other historical works with our guide, and after the explanations we return to Kars. For our lunch we taste the Special Flavors of Kars, then head to ÇILDIR LAKE at an altitude of 1965 meters. We spend a wonderful time on the lake with our colorfully decorated horse-drawn sleighs, and after sipping our teas we continue our tour. We visit the Kars Castle (Panoramic), Kümbet Mosque, the Ebul Harakani Hz. Mausoleum and the Ottoman Baths, then move on to our must-do shopping of Kars Kaşar cheese, Gravyer cheese and Kars honey. After the tasting and explanations, we head to our hotel. After resting in our rooms and having dinner, those who wish join the (Extra) ASHIK DUEL & CAUCASIAN SHOWS. ### 07 February 2027 / Journey With the Eastern Express - Erzurum

After an early breakfast, we head to the TCDD KARS TRAIN STATION. At 8:00 AM the train departs and we take our seats on the DOĞU EXPRESS. Witnessing wonderful views amid the desolate whiteness, we see SARIKAMIŞ panoramically at the foot of the Allahuekber Mountains, and at the end of the 5-hour journey we arrive in ERZURUM. We take our lunch at Çağ Kebab and Kadayıf Dolması, as we say we cannot leave without eating lunch. After the meal, we tour the Anatolian Seljuk period Ulu Mosque and the Twin Minaret Madrasa accompanied by our guide, and we visit the Oltu Stone workshops in TAŞHAN. After completing our city tours, we head to the PALANDÖKEN SKI CENTER. Guests who wish may travel to Ejder Peak at 3100 meters by the chairlift, or they may sip their coffee at the cafés in the ski center. We meet our vehicle at the designated time and begin the return journey. After the necessary stops along the way, we drop our guests off at the points we picked them up from between 1:00 - 2:00 AM, and we say goodbye, hoping to meet again on another PİKOLA TOUR trip.

- Our weekend tour is 3 days with 1 Night Hotel Accommodation.

- Our train journey is in NUMBERED - UNNUMBERED and COMPARTMENT seats.
- Train ticket fees belong to OUR GUESTS.
- The seating plan is made by us, and No Seat Guarantee Is Given.
- For a confirmed reservation, 25% of the tour fee is collected at the time of booking.
- The remaining payment can be made 7 days before the tour starts by bank transfer (EFT), Mail Order, credit card or cash.
- Our guide may make changes to the route of the trip due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, etc.).
- Triple rooms (for 3 people) consist of a double bed + an extra bed.
- The 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
- Triple rooms (for 3 people) are provided depending on availability.
- Hotels generally have a check-in time of 14:00 and a check-out time of 10:00.

- Teachers who present their Teacher IDs enter MINISTRY OF TOURISM Museums for free.
- Our guests who have a Disability Card, under 18 years old, or over 65 years old enter museums for free.

At our restaurant, where you can find local dishes, we offer our guests a free-choice menu so they can taste all Kars dishes. You can taste many local dishes such as Goose Meat, Piti Pörtleme, Lamb Shank, Sour Meat Pilaf, Ayran Soup or Kesme Soup, Noodles, Hengel, and Umaç Halva.

When it comes to Erzurum, of course Çağ Kebab and Kadayıf Dolması come to mind.

The vehicle we will use on our Kars - Erzurum tour is;
MERCEDES TRAVEGO & TOURISMO: 46 + 1 Persons, ABS, ASR, Air Conditioning, 1 Monitor, 1 Refrigerator, In-vehicle Thermoses, Reading Lamp, Sound System for the Guide, and holds D2 or B2 certification according to Transport and Highway regulations.
